Before you fly: common questions
When will the chauffeur come for an early flight?
A 6.30 departure from Vienna means the chauffeur at your door at 2.00, a 7.00 departure from Prague at 2.30.
How do I find the chauffeur in the hall?
He stands at the baggage exit with a sign showing your name or company logo. Vienna Terminal 3, Prague Terminal 1 or 2; Bratislava, Katowice and Tuřany each have a single hall. If needed, he will call you.
Can you take skis or bulky luggage?
Mention them in the note and we send a car with enough space.
How do I pay?
By card in the car, in cash in Czech crowns or euros, and companies by invoice.
